How do I order customised items?


You will need to select the item of choice from our catalogue then click on the ‘Enquire & Customise’ Button. You will be taken to a pre-order form wher you will need to let us know information such as size, colour, size of your design/s and the position. One of the team will then be in contact.




Can I order blank items through XYZLONDON?


No. Unfortunately you are not able to purchase blank goods through our website.




How do I order the same customisation in two different positions?


You will need to fill out an enquiry form with details of where you would like the designs and the sizes. One of the team will then be in contact.




If I need to place several orders, will I be charged delivery for each order?


No. If you need to place multiple orders, our system will automatically remove/reduce the delivery charge on any orders placed before your first order is picked and packed. So, you can place multiple orders without incurring multiple delivery charges.




Can I customise two of the same product, in the same size and colour, with different designs?


Our order process is designed to make it as fast and easy as possible to position your design on multiple items at the same time. As such, products are grouped together by product type, size and colour. If you need different designs on exactly the same products, you should place separate orders. You will not be charged extra delivery charges as detailed in question 3.




Will you send me a proof of my order before production?


Yes. We will send you proof via email for your approval before any printing is done.




Are discounts available for larger orders?


We can offer significant savings on bulk orders! When you contact us for a quote on your design be sure to let us know the quantities you’re expecting to order and we’ll be sure to take this into account.




Can you print on garments I supply?


It depends on the garments! We’re happy to customise a customer’s own clothing wherever possible, though we need to see the garments in order to determine their suitability for the processes we use. Use the enquiry form to contact us.




How long will my order take?


Typical turnaround time is around 3-5 working days from payment to delivery. If you require a quicker turnaround, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.




How will my item be delivered?


If you have paid to have your order delivered, you may receive it through a courier service or XYZ London staff may also personally deliver some local orders.

We deal with a number of clothing, workwear and sportswear brands, including Fruit of the Loom, Hanes, American Apparel, Russell, Dickies, Gildan, AWDIS and many more.
